*Dance Class Guidelines
In order to participate in the children and teenager dance classes,
parents must be members of the Reggie Lewis Center.

Weight room orientation classes are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 6:30 – 7:30 PM.  Contact Cheryl McDermott at 617-5412461 to schedule and appointment. 

        


Class Policies

  • You must be on time to participate in class.
  • Inform the instructor of any special medical considerations or limitations.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and aerobics or cross training sneakers.
